At Planet Hollywood Vault, we want you to be star-struck by your purchase, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all cinematic fashion and apparel. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all premium tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Secure the Shipment

  Place your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized shipping location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our vault team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
